The reality is that at some point in our life, we will go through a hard time at least once. The fact is that all we must do to get through it is to just focus on your end goal... We all have a goal that we want to achieve mentally, however getting there can be super hard and at times it seems like we are getting nowhere. The fact is that a set back is still a step up because you had to walk to that position to start with to be able to make a step back. Its imperative in the days we are in that we protect our online safety. I have a few ideas on what may help you the most. - Get a good anti virus program. - Be careful what you say in comments or on your page on social media. Also, secure the settings (Call me and I can help you with it if needed) - Be sure to keep your operating system on your computer up to date. Windows updates are your best friend. Also, just a side note, make sure you are not using windows 7, vista or XP as these operating systems are they out of date and don't receive the right amount of updates needed to keep them secure.
