I personally have this bundle and the only issue I have is the lack of support agents to take calls for the Foxtel Now service as i guess the aim is to make Foxtel Now managed entirely online and not have as many reps to help you out.

Also, its entirely based online, meaning you MUST have internet and a capable streaming device as no box is provided. You simply log into the app and start watching. I personally have a Telstra TV where I can watch everything on the one place from Foxtel to Stan and Netflix... all at my fingertips.
