Anxiety, What it feels like.

Anxiety is a horrible thing to deal with. I personally suffer from clinical anxiety and I know first hand that its a force like other... Even Yoda would be like "WTH is this crap" and run from it.

Like the young lady in the video said, "Some days are better than others, but they are just days" and they pass and when we go to bed the nigh t, it's like The Chase on TV... you either win or lose.... or thats what you would assume right?

WRONG, "wow, is he saying there is a solution to my anxiety and bad days?" No, what I am saying is that we can try and do little things to help us with our bad days like eat healthy, (even if it's just a piece of toast) it all helps.

- Have a cold or hot beverage.
- Have something to eat.
- Go for a walk.
- Phone a friend (even if it's just Lifeline (13 11 14)
- Have a sleep.

Its not a big list above but it will help you get started. Take some YOU time from now until you feel rested. Most workplaces offer mental health days.
