Life always throws us a curve ball and this is not to make you feel bad, but to build your resilience and learn to trust God more than trusting ourselves.

Building others up by encouraging them rather than bringing them down will not only help them to see their true potential, but it will help you as well.

We all say, do and act differently at times when things get tough for us, but lets remember that Jesus said "in your anger, do not sin" - Ephesians 4:29.

Lets love others, stay strong and founded in the word but more importantly in Jesus and love ourselves and others with all our hearts.
