Same trash, different day

So you go to bed early the night before because you are just sick of everything and it's all too much. The cat threw up again, the coffee machine died at your favourite cafe and your living on SPAM sandwiches because its the end of the off week. It seems like everything is going wrong.

It's going to be OK. Trust me!

Times of trouble can be horrific and it feels like it's never going to end. It can feel like you are trapped in a situation where it's never ending and constant pain, fears and tears.

Ive gone through similar things myself. I know what inner pain feels like, I know what the antagonistic feeling that fear and doubt is and I also know that yes, it can be a long term or life long condition. But it gets better and i'm going to show you how.

It gets better from here...

Being a victim of hurt, pain, fear and tears can be at times overbearing but if we do some things (may not work for everyone) we can at least feel better equiped that we were before

- Taking deep breaths an help with anxiety and fear because it grounds us and makes our brain reset.
- Listen to only uplifting music such as Hillsong, white noise music and always check YouTube and TED for uplifting tracks that may help you learn to aid your symptoms. I listen top Joyce Mayor as she seems to know what it's like as she's been through hell herself.

3. Distraction is one of there best tools I have ever used. It takes your mind off us and our stuff and puts it into other things in an effort to escape from us and onto life.
