So you ever feel a sneeze coming and can't stop it coming out every time? Me too. This is what its like having Tourettes syndromehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-yy6UUncUI0 What is Tourettes Syndrome? Tourettes Syndrome is a psychological disorder which causes the neuron's to fire at the wrong time which causes the brain to tell your body to do movements and sounds which can not be helped. Some people can suppress them, however if Tourettes is suppressed, the tics come back twice as bad for up too 24 hours. How is Tourettes Syndrome treated? Tourettes can be treated with medication and often, a strict diet containing little to no sugar. At times if its bad enough, deep brain stimulation can be helpful and give someone with bad Tourettes a new outlook on life.

We all have days like today We all have crap days. I suffer from clinical and chronic depression and have had it since I was 10. Its awful, it's painful and its dangerous. But what can we do about it?  #1 Be consistent Showering as much as possible, eating well and cleaning up for me are the hardest things that I do, but sometimes its absolutely imperative that we do these said things. I like to put it this way in my head: "I am the only one that's going to be able to do this so its now or never." #2 Chin up... it is what it is Times like these come to me almost every day. But we have to try to do something to distract ourselves and yes, sometimes all we are able to do is sit on the couch and do nothing (common occurrence at the Bentley household) Sometimes I can't do anything and this includes eating. But pushing through is something that takes time. Setting an exact time and doing that one job is what I do and its works perfectly. #3 Exercise and wellbeing I per

The reality is that at some point in our life, we will go through a hard time at least once. The fact is that all we must do to get through it is to just focus on your end goal... We all have a goal that we want to achieve mentally, however getting there can be super hard and at times it seems like we are getting nowhere. The fact is that a set back is still a step up because you had to walk to that position to start with to be able to make a step back. Its OK to have a hard time, and its OK to not know whats going on in your life... all you need to do is to look to the end goal and at that point when your fully focused on that goal, you will be able to see hope and truth. Its imperative in the days we are in that we protect our online safety. I have a few ideas on what may help you the most. - Get a good anti virus program. - Be careful what you say in comments or on your page on social media. Also, secure the settings (Call me and I can help you with it if needed) - Be sure to keep your operating system on your computer up to date. Windows updates are your best friend. Also, just a side note, make sure you are not using windows 7, vista or XP as these operating systems are they out of date and don't receive the right amount of updates needed to keep them secure. I can help you with that also. Shane R Bentley. On an off note, please checkout and support me by going to my online store. https://www.onpointcomputerrepairs.com.au/staying-safe-online/

Ive had this mouse from last night and wow... unbelievable. Once I opened there box, set it up and had a little play, I was amazed at it. It was like Christmas Day all over again for me and In love it. I purchased this item at Officeworks. I was after a heavy mouse and that's exactly what I got. The Logitechs MX ERGO mouse is by far (at first glance) one of the weirdest looking mouse I've seen apart from the MADCATS series and yes, I admit that this was one of the reasons I went for it. Weird is good right!!! But as weird as it is, I actually like the way it looks and feels in my hand and the buttons are very easy to use and I love the way that it all works nicely with the alien looking shape. As far as being comfortable to use, that's a job well done by Logitech and I can honestly say, its amazing. Feel good in my hand, works without any drama. The ball took alittle to get used to, however I am happy with it as I learnt it fast. The buttons are in a great position as well
